The resource will support the COO Chief Operating Officer - with the end to end responsibility for the resource’s capacity planning process of the organization and Business Performances monitoring activities.

Main activities

  • Determines and plans the production capacity in terms of FTE and Headcount needed by the organization to meet client demand for services offered by the Company as well as for R&D / product factory needs
  • Supports and coordinate demand fulfilment activities in coordination with HR, Finance and Procurement departments to serve Company BUs.
  • Maintain and evolve the capacity planning process within the corporate ERP
  • Interacts and negotiate with senior developers / project managers and other support groups
  • Reports to the Group Management Team on projects profitability, variances vs targets and deliver proper set of business KPI to support Management decisions
  • Proactively identifies and reports areas of performance improvement and efficiencies by constant interaction with BU leadership
  • Work Experience

    Experience of at least three years in the same position in modernly structured service companies (technology related services) operating for projects / orders.

    Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of ERP Solutions like Oracle Netsuite and PBCS (preferred), SAP or other

  • Problem solving, proactive approach with capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Strong organizational awareness and openness
  • Excellent propensity to report to the Management, colleagues and collaborators

  • Qualification

    Preferable Master degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent
