The resource will support the COO Chief Operating Officer - with the end to end responsibility for the resource’s capacity planning process of the organization and Business Performances monitoring activities.
Determines and plans the production capacity in terms of FTE and Headcount needed by the organization to meet client demand for services offered by the Company as well as for R&D / product factory needs
Supports and coordinate demand fulfilment activities in coordination with HR, Finance and Procurement departments to serve Company BUs.
Maintain and evolve the capacity planning process within the corporate ERP
Interacts and negotiate with senior developers / project managers and other support groups
Reports to the Group Management Team on projects profitability, variances vs targets and deliver proper set of business KPI to support Management decisions
Proactively identifies and reports areas of performance improvement and efficiencies by constant interaction with BU leadership
Experience of at least three years in the same position in modernly structured service companies (technology related services) operating for projects / orders.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Good knowledge of English language
Knowledge of ERP Solutions like Oracle Netsuite and PBCS (preferred), SAP or other
