We are looking for a Dealer Developer Auto to join our Sales Department with a strong problem solving mindset in the customer's management.

The resource is responsible to generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.

They manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.

  • Identifies strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets. Sells Alpinestars products, collecting orders, promoting campaigns, and visiting customers, optimizing activities for maximizing his / her turnover in line with sales calendar;
  • Represents Alpinestars to his network, developing a trustworthy communication with customers, building a short and mid-term sales plan for the assigned areas and providing feedbacks on sales, markets, customers to the sales management, when requested or needed;
  • Maximizes dealer's activities within company policies and procedures, using company’s tools.
  • University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Good MS Office Knowledge;
  • Excellent knowledge of English - another foreign language is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
  • Product knowledge (texture and materials);
  • Market Knowledge (proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship);
  • Working knowledge of CRM system;
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills;
  • Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.

    Position is available in Asolo, Italy .
