The Client Development Projects Coordinator, within the Brand and Customer Engagement department, will support the Client Development Projects Manager in the development of innovative and strategic omnichannel projects to enhance our client experience at global level.

The Client Development Projects Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects activities and planning, working closely with all departments, suppliers, and regional corporate offices.

Job Description


  • Support the client engagement projects management, with the goal of capture customer's expectations, enhance and personalize their experience with Gucci on all the touchpoints
  • Support the development and implementation of the Global Client Engagement Strategy aimed at increasing customer retention and average spending
  • Contribute moving forward with innovation and new
  • Develop dedicated tools / documents to support projects, working cross-functionally with other company areas always with a problem-solving disposition
  • Actively participate in developing and enriching project plans, organizing activities and planning each step with a project management attitude
  • Create regular communications to keep all the stakeholders updated and establish a continuous interexchange with regional teams
  • Develop and provide regular reporting on the project performances to ensure and enhance activities effectiveness as well as to resolve and address critical points with clear action plan based on results

  • Around 4 years’ working experience preferable in CRM, marketing or digital departments. Nice to have an omnichannel client knowledge
  • Deep interest and understanding of customer experience
  • Project management, organization, and team player skills
  • Forward thinking and innovation-oriented mindset, with a strong curious and creative attitude
  • Excellent communication, optimistic, open minded and creative spirit
  • Fluent in both oral & written English
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
