International Logistic Company based in Italy that today owns three warehouse in province of Piacenza (under costruction) Frosinone and Rieti warehouse to be built.
The Financial Controller has to travel regularly to visit the three Company's wharehouses located in Italy (current & future).
The candidate will oversee the financial operations and reporting of the warehouse & transport activities of the Company in Italy as a member of the Italian Management Team, in which he / she has an active initiating role driving the business optimization & growth.
The Financial Controller will be the business partner of the operational & commercial staff, and plays an important role during the start-up and further ramp up of the warehouses.
The Financial Controller reporting to the Country Manager Italy hierarchically and to the European Controller functionally, manages the following activities :
Contract & pricing requirements;
Weekly Operational Reporting;
Cash Flow Estimates;
Yearly Budget Process;
Procedures and Internal Control;
Yearly IFRS Reporting;
Ad hoc requests and analysis;
Local reporting requirements. Skills and Qualifications :
Travel regularly to visit the three Company's wharehouses located in Italy (current & future).
Good level in English, both written and spoken;
Master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
Several years of experience in an international finance environment;
Knowledge in IFRS standards;
Knowledge of logistic & transport activities would be positive;
Proven management experience and ability to build a team;
Experience with large investment projects;
Open personality and positive interpersonal skills, honesty, integrity, reliability with strong communication skills;
High attention to detail and complying to deadlines;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Hands-on computer skills;
Appetite for travel given the further expansions planned of the Company considering the international nature of the Group
