Within the function Chief Financial Officer, we are looking for a person to support the Head of Planning and Controlling for the Real Estate Portfolio.

Here below the mission :

  • Portfolio Analysis :
  • active participation in the quarterly closing process coordination;
  • consolidate GRE portfolio KPIs and analyze variations with budget;
  • prepare GRE consolidated results and dashboards for GRE top management.
  • Strategic planning :
  • active participation in the 3-years Strategic Plan process coordination;
  • ensure consistency of data reported by GRE local finance teams;
  • prepare of the GRE consolidated strategic plan for the real estate portfolio.
  • Other Missions :
  • valuation process : active participation in valuation process coordination;
  • IT implementation : enhance IT tools for GRE real estate portfolio;
  • improve overall reporting standards.
  • Qualifications

    Education & Skills Required :

  • Business Degree, with 5-7 years of working experience in Finance / Controlling;
  • a good knowledge of the real estate environment or in an institutional investor;
  • excellent English reading and writing skills;
  • excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • proficiency in computer applications skills including accountability systems;
  • team oriented and willingness to perform tasks outside his / her primary job descriptions;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.
