We are currently looking for a Sales Associate Director, Consumer Health.
Manages commercial relationship with assigned accounts for the full range of IQVIA products and services, to achieve assigned revenue goals
Develops and maintains a deep and wide knowledge of the assigned accounts and is able to understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities
Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with other departments (mainly Consulting, Technology and Marketing) develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues
acts as an advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product and consulting capabilities
Acts a key role towards IQVIA BU / Regional CH stakeholders and communities
Coordinates a commercial team, mentoring less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management and negotiation skills
Constantly monitors client satisfaction and works with Sales Director and Client Service team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Constantly monitors target achievement for the sales team, identifying possible issues and defining remediation plan
Timely updates CRM platform with regard to opportunity pipeline, contacts and call plans
Develops and executes account plans within assigned accounts
Effectively and timely manages contract renewals and subscriptions
BA or BSc preferably in Economics
Professional experience :
Solid and extensive commercial experience in B2B sales with responsibility for managing complex deals with clients
Previous experience in a Management Consultancy is highly desirable
Clear and demonstrable experience of winning new business from new and existing accounts and achieving revenue & customer satisfaction targets.
Previous experience of account management, ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
An understanding of Social Media and how to use it to help develop business would be highly desirable
Knowledge of Consumer Health market will be considered as a plus
