The position is based in our HQ in Rome. Reporting to the IS&T Manager Competence Center, the CRM Salesforce Specialist will support the execution of CRM and Retail projects and will be responsible of end user support and training.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Identifies and analyzes business problems, finds opportunities and offers solutions
  • Analyzes the impact of new requests and designs the application solutions
  • Effectively documents and maintains documentation related to managed processes and services
  • Plans and coordinates activities and external resources
  • Develops accurate and complete test plans
  • Manages the final user support
  • Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years of IT work experience, including projects on Salesforce
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously
