Mission of the Role

Are you ready to be the main character to drive the HR digitalization change in Technogym? Are you keen to contribute to the development of the information systems in HR?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and problem solving driven HRIS Analyst for the Headquarter HR Team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing support for the HR information systems, including collecting, analyzing, and compiling reports, managing the vendors and troubleshooting issues in alignment with Technogym Digital Transformation strategy.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare statistical summaries, real time and predictive dashboards, queries, reports and custom requests related to workforce planning, recruiting, payroll, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, employees' files from the HR system at Global level
  • Support in the creation of groups, profiles, permissions and hierarchies within the system (SAP, SALESFORCE, SUCCESSFACTORS), for massive and timely uploads, supervising the End to End process as a Super User
  • Produce and present employees' information for analysis, decision making and other employment-related needs; structuring of reports and dashboards and support real time and predictive output
  • Implement data cleansing process for the analysis of the workforce planning
  • Manage weekly meetings to share key information in order to support business / HR / IT decisions with the partner support
  • Manage and maintain data in compliance with GDPR and POLICY. Manage and process the main KPIs and develop dashboards for the ongoing monitoring of the business performance
  • Design, troubleshoot, upgrade and implement / develop system capabilities for HRIS system(s) for current and future HR department use
  • Act as PMO and work closely with IT Department and HR functions in order to design and implement new IS modules with a focus on the User Experience and User Interaction
  • Serve as liaison between specific user areas such as HR, IT and Business Functions to assist in defining business problems and opportunities for improvement
  • Assists with business process design and analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts
  • Job Requirements

  • From 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Excellent command of SuccessFactors suite
  • Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
  • Project management (methodologies and tools)
  • Excel Lovers
  • SAP S4 / Hana Architecture
  • English Fluent
  • Fully motivated, accountable, consistent, detail oriented, efficient, hardworker, innovative, optimist, problem solver, respectful, responsible, coachable, teamworker.
