The Process Engineer role is critical to thedevelopment of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zerowaste and zero losses.

She / hewill apply extensively the full range of Focused and Quality Improvementmethods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality,Cost Deployment, Customer Service and Logistics.

Working directly with theline crews on a daily basis the Process Engineer also acts as facilitator forline teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root causeanalysis and the establishment of counter-measures.

  • mastery of AM, PM, Q and FItools and processes. Establish standardsto support line operators sustain new basic conditions.

  • Process and Organisational Design . Leverage technical knowledge and asystems approach to ensure factory lines and processes are optimally resourced(e.
  • g. manpower ratios are efficient and sustainable).

  • Analytical capability . Collect and analyse complex data to penetrateproblems’ phenomena and understand root causes.

  • Support Focused Improvement activities in plant, as the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) leader, with primary actions to drive improvements through lean manufacturing techniques
  • Support to create Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line.
  • Identify and extend good practice to other lines.
  • Application and accuracy of MMP Code data.

  • Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in statistics and process control tools.
