PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :
Direct report to the EMEA Financial Services CFO
Forecast and Budgeting processes management
Monthly closing process including reporting of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Liquidity Plan
Monthly profitability and variance analysis vs main reference scenarios (budget, forecasts)
SG&A monthly analysis and monitoring
Wholesale and Retail business monitoring
Leading IT implementation projects on finance topics
Internal and external auditors relationship management
Internal control system management
Support to our Accounting department during Statutory Financial Statement process management
SKILLS :
At least 5 years of FP&A experience
Previous experience in bank, financial services or auditing / consulting firm is a plus
University degree in business administration or management engineering
Good budget and forecast modelling knowledge
Fluency in Italian and English
Fluency in French will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced Excel)
Good knowledge of SAP and Qlik will be a plus
Problem solving attitude
Self-Committed, proactive and cross functional team-working attitude
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
