Associate Project Manager (I5) Milan, Italy.Job Description : Deployment Services is part of the Global Support and Deployment Services organization and is focused on delivering world class services to help our customers maximize value of DellEMC Storage, Data Protection and Converged Solutions.

Our service Portfolio consists of implementation (design & planning, installation & implementation, configuration & integration, upgrade & expansion), data migration and residency services.

Our key objectives are driving world class customer experience, industry leading team member experience and services growth, as well as contributing to the financial success of Dell Technologies with profitable services revenue.

Associate Project ManagerManages the delivery of customer engagements for Dell Deployment Services. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects or programs from requirements gathering through customer service handover.

Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all Dell personnel associated with the engagement.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Represents Dell EMC in a professional manner to customers, Dell EMC Partners and other Dell EMC personnel at all times.

Responsible for managing small projects. Assisting in the management of medium to large projects in collaboration and under guidance of Senior Project Manager.

Responsible for the execution of standard project plan. Maintains project quality and focus.Coordinates standard project plans, delivers against standard statements of work (SOW).

Performs services based on level 1 services of a short term nature, primarily in a single practice.Works together with Resource Management on Project staffingEnsures the successful completion of required deliverables / milestones.

Maintaining baseline accounting and financials for projects, project compliance and ensures system based project closure.

Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and acts accordingly. Makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations.

Point of contact for project schedule and providing progress report and feedback to customers and management.Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies.

Complete quarterly training accreditations. And willingness to develop further project management skills and competencies.

SkillsCommunication skills. Fluent in Italian & English.Interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Organizational skills.

Problem solving skills.Have base understanding of Dell’s product and in general technology / industry knowledge.Understanding of DellEMC's products and their value added to the customer.
