Position

  • Preparing the contract files according to department policy.
  • Other responsibilities include developing and monitoring key performance indicators, managing workload, setting and enforcing project deadlines and driving ongoing process improvement.
  • Experience in Administering Service Agreements.
  • Preparation of Contract Letters good knowledge of English Grammar
  • Experience in Formulation, Negotiation, Contracts Reporting, Compliance, Supplier Qualifications, Approval Requests, Ad hoc presentations
  • Qualifications

  • Contracts Administrator experience working for either a major EPC or Oil & Gas Operator
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred educational background or equivalent previous experience in Contracts Law desired. Knowledge of General Terms and Conditions common to the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • At least three years of experience in contract administration / experience in Oil and Gas Industry and EPC Construction with knowledge about industry-specific contracts preferred
  • Attention to detail and the ability to review one’s own work as well as the work of others.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power-Point and related tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
