As An Engineering Manager You Will :
Help with technical decisions, coach and support the career growth of engineers reporting to you, and partner with product managers and designers.
Build, shape, and continually improve processes and systems on your team and across engineering.
Coach engineers to level up their technical and soft skills.
Plan and scope future projects.
Be an advocate for your teams needs.
Serve as a mentor, holding regular one-on-one meetings with engineers on your team.
Guide your teams career development with routine feedback.
Ensure your team is collaborating, communicating, and shipping efficiently.
YOUR IDENTIKIT :
3+ years of experience managing high performing agile development teams.
Proven experience in Tech field
A quality-first mindset, and demonstrated experience producing high-quality projects
Outstanding communication skills, and the willingness to engage proactively with peers
Self-motivated, with a drive and capacity to build, launch, and iterate on products
Driven to build trusting relationships and confidence amongst the engineers and own any effort needed to increase the productivity or success of the team.
Demonstrated ability to work respectfully, positively, and in an ego-free fashion with a cross-disciplinary team.
