Preparation of client presentations, marketing material and other commercial documents
Drafting of client offers and engagement proposals and assistance in client meetings
Deal pipeline analysis & reporting, CRM update and implementation (Salesforce)
Business plan drafting, valuation and underwriting of single assets and portfolios, preparation of commercial opinions
Researching target industries, market and competitor information
Reading and reviewing source documentation to support valuations including primary legal documents
Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
REQUIREMENTS :
Years of Experience : 3-4 (indicative)
Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics / Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering. Nice to have : Master in Real Estate
Advanced use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, analytical skills and numeracy
Italian and English proficient (written and verbal)
Presentation, communication, commercial mindset, enthusiastic and energetic personality, positive can do attitude, eager to learn and grow professionally
Relevant experience in real estate investment company, asset management co. (SGR / other), brokerage, real estate consultancies, big 4 audit firms, financial advisory business
English fluency to be able to confidently interact with clients and senior management. Domain of MS Office package, availability to travel, driving license (B)
Real estate broker license (patentino agente immobiliare) preferred
