Key Accountabilities :
Act as IT business partner for the regional Head of the Function and carry out IT stakeholder (business management, customers, vendors, Group IT functions, etc.) engagements
Manage and deliver ICT services to the region in support of the growth of the business and its needs and operations.
Act as the main IT liaison between the region and group PLI ICT function and (group / region) outsourced service providers
Manage a team of ICT professions based in different locations in the region supported by senior IT managers and responsible
Identify and drive system solutions that support and improve the business process efficiency and provide the business a competitive edge in the market place
Support and rollout of PLI’s applications support model for PLI SAP 4 HANA and Non-SAP like PLI custom made solutions, QlikView solutions, HR / CRM / SRM applications
Manage regional devices / service suppliers
Work with global and regional infrastructure, security and applications team in aligning platforms, technologies and processes
Coordinate Suppliers and Auditors
Manage contracts with Suppliers and Partners
Coordinate GDPR under IT department
Monitor consultants and Supplier Service Level
Follow guidelines management based on global policy and procedures

Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 4+ years relevant experience, with 3 years in the project management, deployment and support provision of a global applications / systems environment across global enterprises.
Must have managed at least one full cycles of larger scape implementation project (e.g. SAP / Oracle / WM / Cloud / Infrastructures)
IT business experience and good appreciation of business processes.
Experience with managing systems / application support organizations, including change control process and activities.
Good appreciation of the different SAP 4 HANA modules and involved in SAP project cross module integration activities.
Experience with business process integration between applications (including SAP 4 HANA and Non-SAP applications)
Good appreciation of business data and KPIs
English and Italian fluent
Great interpersonal skills
