Custom Operations Controller

YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the world leader in online luxury and fashion that comprises a complete luxury retail ecosystem.

To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Security, Human Resources and Communications & Sustainability.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Operations Controller to join the Controlling team. Some of the essentials for you to know are :

Location : Our office in Zola

Department Size : 6 (Approx.)

Reporting into : Head of Budgeting & Planning

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

Deliver, review and own the Budget, Forecasting and Latest Estimate processes

Manage monthly cost analysis actively challenging the business, developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners

Support the business leaders in managing / reviewing Shipping, Customs and providing ad-hoc value adding analysis.

Proactively identify, appraise & recommend business opportunities

Prepare, analyse and deliver monthly Group results to business leaders and to Central Planning team

The type of person we are looking for :

A Business / Finance related graduate degree or equivalent

Experience of 3+ years in similar Controlling roles in a multinational fast paced environment

Nice to have a knowledge of Customs flow and key analytic metrics

An excellent eye for detail & organisational skills

An inquisitive mind & proactive nature

High level of commercial acumen

Excellent communication skills & ability to work with all levels of the organisation

English fluency

Advanced Excel. Navision experience is advantageous
