Travel Retail wish to appoint an Account Co-ordinator, based in Spain or Italy, to manage the day to day activities of La Mer, covering accounts across Europe.
There is also the potential that this role will become accountable for the Kilian and Le Labo brands as they are integrated into the business.
The role reports to an Area Sales Manager based in the UK and is field based, with approximately 80% of the time spent in the field.
The preferred home location is within a Spanish or Italian city, with close proximity to an airport. This is a particularly autonomous role requiring the selected candidate to work on their own initiative.
The purpose of this role is to maximize the sales performance of all doors in the area via the achievement of sales targets and effective management, development, and training of the Experts and consultants through ensuring all events and promotions are correctly implemented and proactively managed.
Other key elements of responsibility include regular feedback and close working relationships with key departments (e.g.
Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Pricing) and ensuring that the retail employees are motivated and well trained.
Applicants for this position must have previous experience in a multi-site / field based role and be confident managing and influencing a variety of different people.
There is considerable travel required across the region and therefore flexibility is required as is the ability to coach and motivate a wide variety of individuals to maximise sales opportunities.
