Thousands of people in Italy participate in the Nielsen research about how Italians use their digital devices. We are responsible for recruiting, assisting, retaining and engaging our research participants.
ABOUT THIS JOB
As a Digital Support Agent, you will be representing the Nielsen research and be in direct contact with our research participants.
You will work to invite people to participate in the research and provide a great customer service experience. You will be in the middle of the action by liaising directly with our research participants as well as local and international stakeholders.

You’re a problem-solver by nature. With the right systems, you’re unstoppable. You’re tech-savvy and just as comfortable behind a computer screen as you are in front of people.
Please be informed that the working hours are 10.30 am - 7.20 pm with a 50-minute break, Monday- Friday.
