Master or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction design (HCI) or Master inUser Experience Design (Interface design & User Experience)
3 - 5 years of proven experience as a User Experience Designer, InteractionDesigner, Information Architect, or similar UX-related role

Weare looking for an experienced UX Specialist with a broad understanding ofdigital solutions, passion for the latest technological trends and deeperunderstanding for innovative solutions.
The UX Specialist will be responsiblefor designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best methodbased on research goals and resources.
As an experienced UX Specialist, you’llbe responsible for designing, improving and setting the vision for the User Experience.
You’ll serve as the primary advocate for users to ensure the highest level ofusability, desirability and user satisfaction.
A Day in the Life of a UX Specialist
Work closely with stakeholders togather and validate business requirements, helping them to reach their goalseasily and intuitively.
Define guidelines, standards, anduser-centered design frameworks and ensure that they are fully integrated intothe product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with other team membersand key stakeholders.
Monitor design innovation and bestpractices, track design industry trends.
Build awareness of existing digitalsolutions and strategy.
Ask smart questions and champion newideas.
What will make you successful?
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction design (HCI) or Master inUX Design.
A solid grasp ofuser-centered design (UCD), service design, planning and conducting userresearch, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis,usability and accessibility concerns .
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently andintelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes,ideas, and solutions to teams and customers.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design,service design and design thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizingabstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teamsand other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver designsolutions for approval.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design andinnovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends andtechnologies.
