At least 4 years experience in Modern Trade channel and FMCG sector.
Previous experience leading field sales teams or promoters.
Leadership, Motivation and People Management Skills (training on the job).
Clear understanding of Modern Trade channel and all related stakeholders.
Strong analytical and organizational ability.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
High negotiation and interpersonal skills, problem solving ability.
Management reporting and budget control.
Ability to work cross-departmental.
Travel up to : 75%
