For our client, an italian company with a global presence, leader in the power transmission market, we are currently looking for an :
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The main purpose of this role is to accelerate the BU s company growth by supporting the current organization to bring the Business Unit Strategy plan culture and methodology into the subsidiary s organizations worldwide, developing local 3 years business plans through the implementation of a structured Strategic Analysis procedure.
The resource will support the HQ sales organization to deploy strategic inter-functional workstreams, including the review of global distribution strategy deployment, where, working in close contact with global sales, local sales managers and distributors, he / she will bring into the market the new model of channel management.
