Clean guest rooms,public areas, pool, etc. to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports,verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, andupdate status of departing guest rooms.

Assist Housekeeping management inmanaging daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts ofHousekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.

Document and resolveissues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, andcommunicate changes in assignment sheets / workboards.

Communicate issues to nextshift. Complete required paperwork. Assist management in hiring, training,scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coachingemployees.

  • Follow all company andsafety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems,safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
  • complete safety training andcertifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;
  • protectcompany assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.Support team to reach common goals.

    Comply with quality assurance expectationsand standards. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations(e.

    g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in a variety offormats (e. g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines(e.

    g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-related information usingcomputers and / or point of sale systems. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-

    eye coordination.Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, andstooping. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.

    Move over sloping,uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and / or serviceramps. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequentuse of bi-

    manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Move, lift, carry, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and inexcess of 55 pounds with assistance.

    Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeepingcart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces. Stand,sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period or high frequency across an entirework shift.

    Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of otheremployees. Speak with others using clear and professional language.

    Performother reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
