Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner at our Headquarter in Turin . You will be responsible for driving one or more Scrum Teams within our scaled agile development program for Automotive-qualified HSM firmware .

In strong partnership with Product Management and the Product Owner team, your primary responsibility is to provide direction to the agile development teams and stakeholders in order to maximize customer value.

The resource will support the team in the following activities :

Help shaping the future : You will drive one or more Scrum Teams as the Product Owner and representing the customer in Scrum meetings;

Experience cooperation : You will provide direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements in the forms of Epics and Stories.

You will also partner with Product Management and interface and engage with customers in order to create and maintain a feature pipeline and product backlog according to business value;

Take on responsibility : You will understand underlying product technology (i.e. automotive-qualified HSM microcontrollers) and industry needs (i.

e. automotive security use cases). You will also manage product release plans and setting expectation for delivery of new functionalities in collaboration with the Product Owner team;

Reliable implementation : You will perform backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.

Qualifications

Education : Master Degree in Computer Science, Control Engineering or Electronics

Professional Requirements :

5+ year(s) experience working as a Product Owner, optimally in an automotive software environment

Solid experience with agile methodologies and principles (i.e. Scrum, XP), optimally also experience with SAFe

Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and business value, identify and communicate technical and business changes required

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams

Understanding of underlying technology and processes : Embedded systems, (automotive) security, tooling (Jira, Jenkins), automotive development frameworks (ASPICE, ISO26262)

Working Method : Willingness to learn and work in a scaled agile environment. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment

Personality : Understanding and respecting the roles and responsibilities of a Scrum team. Ability to adapt your personal work style to fit team needs and objectives.

Communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business, including customers. Team player attitude within a diverse and multicultural environment General willingness to travel.

Solid English needed, German skills are a plus
