Description :

Preparation of the technical and commercial offer in compliance with the times requested by the Client and the budget, in accordance with the execution strategies (partnerships etc.

defined by the Management for the initiative.

Key Activities &Responsibilities :

to defines the budget of the bid in terms of hours and costs by preparing the appropriate opening of the order;

to analyze the technical and commercial documentation relating to the bid request and distribute it to the company departments involved;

to ensure the drafting of the documents related to the technical offer, coordinating appropriately the company functions involved

to agree with the appropriate company functions the aspects related to engineering, procurement and construction necessary to guarantee an appropriate level of competitiveness to the offer;

He / she is responsible, through Estimating, to provide the best estimate of the cost of services, materials and construction and estimates directly, with the collaboration of the company functions in charge, the costs related to financial, insurance, tax issues necessary for the formulation of the price;

to manage the technical and contractual negotiations with the Client.

Personal Attributes :

at least 10 years experience in a similar position in EPC companies;

Degree in Engineering;

fluent English speaker and writer;

good attention to details;

expert knowledge of Microsoft Office;

pro-active mentality and attitude;

excellent project management through clear communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills;

availability to travel in Italy and abroad.

Affinity with petrochemical process and (optional) green economy is required for adding the right value. Doing business with other countries and parts of the world is something you feel comfortable and familiar with.
