  • Contribute to the definition of the IT services sales strategy
  • Pursue the IT services sales objectives
  • Assign sales objectives to the IT services sales team and monitor their achievement
  • Define the sales action plans and secure their execution
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reports
  • Develop new markets, generate and qualify leads
  • Coordinate and guide the entire sales process - from lead to contract signing
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Oversee marketing and communication activities
  • Business / technical bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Consolidated IT services sales track record (at least 7 years sales experience) and proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Market knowledge and background network of business contacts
  • Understanding of basic business principles
  • Technical understanding of software development
  • Consolidated experience in creating and making presentations
  • Experience on how to operate in a global environment
