The VIE will be part of the Southern Europe Securitisation Team in the Global Finance Division based in Milan (Front Office).
The team in Milan is composed by three persons working daily with the European Securitisation Team based in London and Paris.
The candidate main tasks will be :
i.Support the team in all aspects of securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes
ii.Prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials
iii.Analyze portfolio data depending on asset characteristics
iv. Conduct market research and industry review projects for new asset classes
v.Follow-up support for the transactions already in place
vi.Develop and maintain databases and automated tools used by the team to track information such as transaction pricings, investor participation, etc.
The VIE will participate to the origination and structuring process of new deals (securitisations and covered bonds) and will be involved in the discussions with rating agencies.
The VIE will develop technical skills on the analysis of the portfolio, the cash-flow modelling and the securitisation techniques, sensitivity to risk analysis as well as developing knowledge on the negotiation with the client of the relevant documentation.
You have an Engineering or Economical Degree with specialization in Finance from top schools.
Ideally, you have a past experience in Debt Capital Markets / Securitisation / Financial Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of Excel is critical, the candidate should also have a good knowledge of Power Point & Word.
Some knowledge or past experience of programming languages (VBA or other) would be appreciated.
This VIE in Milano is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment.
It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
