Provide support for a production centered organization by maintaining electrical equipment using established troubleshooting techniques or methodologies.
Possess knowledge of various electrical test equipment, both low and medium voltage equipment preferred.
Perform general electrical maintenance including wiring repairs, lighting and circuit breaker maintenance.
Education, Experience and Skills :
Minimum Qualifications :
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Must already possess and be able to maintain a Michigan Journeymen License.
Must be able to pass a Marathon Electrical written and hands-on skill demonstration test.
Understand the requirements of NFPA 70E for the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and electrical PPE needed to ensure personal safety and the safety of coworkers.
Understand National Electrical Code requirements for industrial and hazardous locations.
