In this role, you will be responsible for :
Promoting and supporting the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement, with resulting cost savings within the operation
Establishing and implementing Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation, monitors progress and supports actions on deviations from targets.
In addition you will support the project teams in activities and documents related to quality system requirements (Quality Plan, certificates, etc.).
Training local teams in the standard quality improvement approach (e.g. L6Sigma) with the goal to develop organization capability to continuous improvements in business practices and performances.
Conducting benchmarking and best practice spreading within the operations to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
Active collaboration to the definition and implementation of improvement projects and initiatives (e.g. OPEX Projects).
Assistance in the creation and implementation of, and ensures conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.
Assisting with the analysis and communication of customer perceptions to guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction.
Supporting the implementation and operation of the related processes (e.g. NPS and CCRP).
The ideal candidate has a Master Degree in Engineering, with preference for Management Engineering. For this position is required a good knowledge of the English Language (both written and spoken);
basic knowledge of French language is appreciated.
In this role, is nice to be a good team player, communicative and driven to the result.
A good exposure to the MS Office is higly recommended.
