Essential Responsibilities

  • Support in the execution of Clinical Education projects
  • Responsible for associated tools & operating mechanisms; track all activities through Maestro and monitor training completion rate
  • Strongly support My Customer Training tool development and adoption in IMI region, according to the Clinical Education EU strategy
  • Data evaluation and maintenance in Clinical Education tools
  • Support in the optimization of existing processes
  • Support of the Zone Education managers in various data maintenance, planning and coordination of clinical education activities
  • Role Summary / Purpose

    As support for our team we are looking for a motivated and committed working in the field of Clinical Education. In your role you will take on various tasks.

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • Master’s degree in economy, Management Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluency in Italian and in English
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Essential to be able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • EU work permit
