We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist passionate for Electrification Products, ready to take part in ABB’s big challenge : evolving to become digital to the organization (digital culture) and digital to the business (solution approach)The ideal candidate should integrate technical and product competences, analytic approach and Digital Marketing skills, and should actively contribute to ABB’s digital transformation both in terms of internal digital culture and supporting the shift from a product-oriented-only approach, to a solution-and-value-oriented proposition that better satisfies market needs and can increase mkt share.

Your responsibilities
Understand and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert
Implement local product strategies and launches for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy.
Deploy Solution new approach in line with Division perspective.
Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products / solutions
Listen and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB’s products / solutions
Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities
Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.
Your background
Degree in business engineering or economics; technical background (a master degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred
5+ years of experience as Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar as preferred
Familiarity with Low Voltage Products and applications will be preferred
Operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments
Good analytical and data management skills
Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile
