IMDD Portfolio Brand Manager
Position title : PORTFOLIO BRAND MANAGER Department : Marketing IMDD (International Markets Development Division)
The position reports to Marketing ManagerThe Portfolio Brand Manager will provide Marketing support to the Licensees and Distributors as well as to the Company’s Direct Operations in the countries of his / her responsibilities, managing the entire products’ portfolio.
Main responsibilities :
Develop and Lead execution of IMDD Marketing Strategic plan : Deep understand of market dynamics, in territories of responsibilities
Implementation of international and local marketing projects in the territories of responsibility
Networking and Management of local and international KOLs
Guarantee the governance framework between Chiesi and Partners by ensuring delivery and implementation of the right Corporate Product Strategy at a local level (local marketing plans review, advice on key sales and marketing decisions, etc.)
Collaborate and provide support to distributors / licensees to achieve their business target.
for the new launches and local marketing plan implementation (marketing training, promotional materials, etc.)
Collaborate and provide support for budget process (FCT, PCL, BDG) Work in direct collaboration with Business Area Managers
To accomplish the tasks the Portfolio Brand Manager will cooperate with the other functions in IMDD Department (i.e. : Business Area Managers, Medical Scientific Manager, Event Manager, Customer Service, Finance and Business Knowledge) and with the relevant units of Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D and GMD.
Education : Scientific degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar) with good economic knowledge. Economic degree if linked with experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Work experience : Minimum 3-year experience in the multi-national pharmaceutical industry.Knowledge of the respiratory area (asthma / COPD) preferred. Personal Skills :
