In order to realize our vision, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our Delivery Hub team. The team supports the development of Data Warehousing or reporting systems in a very international environment for large and medium pharmaceutical headquarters in different geographies collaborating with an international team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst is responsible for managing design, development and delivery of medium-sized BI solutions by : Defining end-user reporting, analytics and dashboard frameworks from requirement definition through to end user deploymentDesigning and implementing enterprise data and reporting architecturesDesigning and implementing data integration and data conversion solutionsPlanning, coordinating and reporting of Testing ActivitiesLiaising with clients to gather business requirements, implementing them within the toolRunning the ongoing operations of existing solutionsEssential qualifications and experienceMSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Information Technology, Computer-Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering1-2 year consulting experience with a Systems Integration and Application Management ConsultancyEssential general technical skills and knowledgeGood knowledge of most common databases, SQL and MDX querying languages and of most common BI Suites and ETL platformsGood knowledge of reporting tools (such as Tableau, QlikView or PowerBI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in Italian and EnglishEssential personal skills and behaviours Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAn attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goalsAbility to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentA willingness and ability to travelOther key personal attributes include drive, self-motivation, energy and tenacityJoin UsMaking a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
