RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will drive, support and be responsible for the following areas :

  • Develop and drive value creation roadmap for the Head of Controlling Group Industrial Operations (Global R&D, Logistics, Purchasing and Plants) with stability, profitability and then growth mind-set
  • Drive value creation agenda actively together with local Finance Organization and operations - proactively identifying / mitigating risks and driving opportunities
  • Business reporting and analytics for Group Management, Board
  • Decision support regarding major strategic and operational initiatives, capital expenditures, business scenarios, and resource allocation
  • Drive harmonized and simplified processes, tools and KPIs for business and financial planning and follow up
  • Planning and follow up for different time horizons (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly / Strategic
  • Ensure finance business partnering and controlling for Global Industrial Operations and their respective functions
  • Drive and guidance all the concern entities, in strategic planning (cycle plans, product cost), result consolidation, budget planning on global level
  • Drive continuous improvement and support in building new business partner capabilities in the controller community
  • Standardization of and guidance in Global Industrial Operations controller methods, rules and reports

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related areas
  • Strong business leader and people leader with ability to structure and prioritize work
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing teams (also in remote mode)
  • Experience in a large manufacturing organization will be considered an asset
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Excellent mathematics skills and ability to conduct complex analysis
  • Standard computer skills
  • English. Any other languages will be considered a plus!
