  • Provides presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process
  • Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers
  • ACCOUNTABILITY :

  • Support the sales during the design phase, responsible for collecting technical requirements of fixed (data and voice), cloud, ICT and mobile services;
  • Responsible for all customer interactionsduring the design phase of project;
  • Responsible for technical project design, cost definition and optimization, gantt definition, and production of technical project documentation;
  • Collaborate with all involved stakeholders, internally (KAM, TES, BID) and externally (Third parties);
  • COMPETENCIES :

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Telecommunication Engineering;
  • Strong knowledge of TLC, MPLS Fixed networks, access technologies, Cloud and Voice Services;
  • Proved presale experience;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Strong target orientation;
  • Experience in similar roles
  • Reporting to Local Presale Executive
