Platform Group Manager for Common Tools and Services you will manage programs to ensure they deliver expected Business case to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies.

You will be responsible to structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise and you will take the accountability for execution of projects part execution and for managing program level risks, quality and procurement.

Your responsibilities include also to lead the program team and to be the person that program level resources report directly to for the execution of the program tasks they are allocated.

This includes project managers of projects which are part of the program and applies across Zones / Businesses.A day in the life of.

  • Establish program structure, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologiesEstablish program governance and ensure commitment of program sponsorsManagement of the interdependencies between projects in scope of the program Supports Platform managers in the use of professional service providers / external suppliers and determines their role across the program according to IS / IT sourcing strategyEstablishing milestones based program plan, delivered through incremental releases / achievements.
  • Value delivery plan created in parallel Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications and reporting Ensure that projects are initiated, program monitored and controlled, risks assessedLead reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and / or changes, and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address What will make you successfulBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in IS / IT and business / industry5+ years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programsPrevious experience in leading program or project to deploy ServiceNowStrong Leadership skills and track record in developing people in particular in managing virtual teams.
