The Internship :

  • Salary : €400 per month (curricular) / €800 per month (extra-curricular)
  • Contract Length : 6 months
  • Start Date : Likely to be 13th June 2022
  • Benefits : Lunch vouchers : €9.70 per working day

    Warner Media is looking for an Intern to join the HR team in Rome to support in all activities. You will report to the People Partner Lead Italy, Spain and Portugal and have full exposure to the day-to-day activities of an HR department, business requirements and employee life cycle.

    Main Tasks :

  • Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions and updating systems. -Support in new hire onboarding -Support in HR implementation processes and communications -Support in data entry and admin activities as required including digitalizing paperwork.
  • Profile :

    Bachelor’s Degree and / or Masters in Human Resources is appreciated, proven interest in the Media industry.

  • Good use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PPT;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under tight deadlines;
  • Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to manage confidential information Fluent in English and Italian written and spoken (this will be tested in the interview process);
