We are now looking for a Sales Specialist for Centre-South Italy.
Major activities :
Provide effective presentations of pharmaceutical products.
Organize communication tools (stands, leaflets, brochures, visual aids, etc.) for congresses / workshops.
Maintain records and measure of individual and district sales performance.
Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems and competitive pressures to develop and modify tactics accordingly.
Work with the line manager in developing business plans for their geographies
Education : Science first degree (min 2 : 1), Marketing or Sales qualification, e.g. CIM
Professional requirements :
3 years + proven sales experience within pharma sector
Project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
Understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.
Experience selling to NHS secondary care
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive traveling required (70-80% working time), with out of home overnight.
