We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, at our HQ (Pisa).
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care Mining team, that is an internal and external landmark for Technical Support, traveling worldwide and taking care of :
Post-sales support on IDS GeoRadar Mining products
Technical trainings and demos
Installation of the monitoring equipment at customer’s site
Creation and maintenance of user manuals and technical support procedures
Data analysis and reporting
Specifically, the field of application concerns the monitoring of the stability of opencast mine slopes and the measurement of vibrations, caused by blasting activities.
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Spanish is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge / experience in geological / geodetic monitoring
A previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
Specific knowledge / experience of the Interferometric radar technique is a plus
