Understanding of the digital approach to content by working directly on managing the content and its difficulties.
Interaction and comparison with the product communication areas.
Key Role Responsibilities
Collection, writing, population and content monitoring in the app.
Collaboration with internal teams to promote the app on social and web
Collaboration with internal and external suppliers for the localization of content
Compilation of reports and tables related to the main KPIs of the application
CRM activities : reading and collecting user feedback from mail and store and drafting summary documents
Analysis of results and preparation of supporting documentation
Coordination with internal "publishers" for the collection and distribution of contents and development ideas.
Required personal & technical skills
