The Field Service team in Italy would like to bring an exciting opportunity to your attention. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of QIAGENs’ innovative products.
Key responsibilities include :
Installation of automation solutions and analytical devices.
Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers.
Assist in the development and maintenance of reference customers.
Assist in Meeting / exceeding sales targets in relation to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Actively promote and sell Field Service products.
Utilize the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness.
Give active feedback to Sales, Global Product Support and your team / management.
Manage effective available time and resources.
Provide cross-border / district / region support when required.
Positively represent QIAGEN in front of the customer.
Error analysis and repair.
Based in Milan area preferable.
Strong technical skills combined with basis in Molecular Biology.
Reliable and independent method of working.
Previous service and maintaining instrumentation experience in a comparable position within the Diagnostics and Life Science industry / markets would be preferable.
Proven work experience in developing customer relationships.
Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
Good interpersonal skills.
Valid drivers license and Passport and willingness to travel.
Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.
