Description : The resource will join the Integrated Customer Engagement (ICE) Team in Human Pharma Operations. The team is in charge of Journey Management and Delivery throughout all the company touchpoints with customers, patients and payors, with special focus on Digital channels.
Basic purpose of the job
channel customer journeys in accordance with the company strategy, the business needs, an excellent customer experience and adopting Omnichannel journey best practices with special focus on Digital channels.
Collect data from omni-channel activities, and ensure reports availability in an automated fashion.- Support the Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) process, which collects all the tactics to be implemented towards BI customers throughout the year, to be effectively delivered and monitor results.
Accountabilities : Plan & execute digital campaigns to drive an excellent Customer Experience : write and submit playbooks, lease with BI Corporate teams to create workflows, implement A / B tests strategy and results monitoring.
Ensure production execution and quality control. Build campaign dashboards to monitor campaigns KPIs in an automated fashion.
Support the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) process throughout all the process lifecycle : strategy definition and campaign workflows design, implementing execution, performing gap analysis and insights collection, providing guidelines for improvement initiatives, ensuring that ICP process governance is fulfilled.
Ensure a consistent engagement and constant interaction with assigned Therapeutic Areas throughout all the ICP lifecycle.
According to the business’ needs and company digital strategy collaborate to implement, manage and evolve Go to Market platforms supporting the process end to end : from the strategy definition to the external partner selection, to the implementation phase, till the platform go-
live. Monitor platform go live according planned schedule and allocated resources. Build reporting, collect insights and prepare presentation materials to share results, areas of improvement and best practices on Omnichannel campaigns aiming towards an excellent Customer Experience. Requirements :
