For our Italian site in Mondovì (Cuneo) we are looking for a Payroll Specialist

Mission

In the frame of the Payroll & Personnel Admin performs all administrative duties to ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks in the monthly / yearly payroll cycle in the assigned perimeter and the related flow of communication and assistance to employees.

On the base of the specific set or regulatory, process and analytics skills, ensure reporting and analysis related to personnel and costs also contributing to variance analysis, forecasting, planning.

Ensures allignment of HR dabases and processes for the assigned perimeter / phases and coach HRBPs, managers and employees on the related processes.

Challenges : Payroll

Payroll

  • Follows monthly time & payroll procedures in his / her perimeter modifying / managing the concerning master data, the salaries variations, controls and reporting
  • Prepares all the post-payroll reporting finalizing in his / her perimeter all the controls useful for the Company monthly payments and annual declarations
  • HR Administration

  • Prepares all the requested documentation in time following the specific procedures and standards
  • Give assistance to the employees in all the HR Admin / Payroll aspects with proper communication
  • Give assistance to the HR BPs in all the HR Admin / Payroll duties with proper standardized reporting
  • Legal and Social

  • Follows legal and social changes and defines modifications to bring to payroll regulations
  • Ensures consistency of payroll settings at site level
  • Headcount reporting, HR and legal monitoring

  • Consolidates and validates headcount data of his / her perimeter for reporting
  • Prepares the various legal statements and annual payments, employee reports and statistics
  • Communicates cash forecasts linked to personnel expenses to the Financial Department
  • Replies to surveys
  • Analyzes headcount level vs. budget, on a monthly basis
  • Follows sum of annual salaries
  • Calculates bases and distribution of profit sharing
  • HR Database (Peoplesoft)

  • Checks data consistency through queries
  • Makes PeopleSoft quality queries to insure a reliable and updated database
  • Support and Continuous Improvement

  • Performs analysis and brings expertise to the SSC Payroll & Admin
  • Identifies and implements, after approval, levers of administrative Productivity
