Implements the Reliability strategy of processes, systems, and machines, keep procedures up to date, Drive projects and best practices that lead to maximize reliability and efficiency of the MPU assets.

Support the MPU technical services in execution to drive performance improvement asset management, maintenance excellence to minimize equipment downtime and work order management Actively support and drive culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the site Functional reporting to Engineering of Technical Services roles.

Main Activities :

  • Apply maintenance and reliability standards (process, roles and responsibilities, tools ) to execute the plan with a strong focus on :
  • Systematic analysis of Failures and Wastes that drive down the performance of assets or any of the different processes with Operational analysis of reliability and waste.

  • Responsible to deliver a plan related to :
  • daily improvement based on Shopfloor findings;
  • Assessment on specific MPU equipment - Action based on the GAP evidenced

  • Standard performance mgmt and governance for maintenance and Reliability driving the process of :
  • Equipment strategy Criticalities Assign Update o Applying the standard (CQA CPP HSE risk) for MPU Equipment

    Assessing proposing new technologies ask for support in identifying new solutions.

    MD update : Review and approve BOM PM CM plan

    Work order execution using standard process & tools

  • Active participation to site Community of Practices and Governances where issues, problems and standard improvements are proposed / discussed / endorsed.
  • Drive a constant EHS, Quality & compliance oversight demonstrating to regulators that any deviation to our systems that could have a product impact is found before the audit.
  • Quality / Regulatory

    Responsible for MPU Reliability HA Inspection readiness

    Responsible for MPU Reliability Front End during external HA Inspection.

    Responsible of MPU reliability engineering response and action plan

    Why you?

    Basic qualifications :

    Minimum degree in Engineering, Business or other related field, or equivalent experience. PhD or MBA is a plus

    At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech Company (preferred)

    At least 3-5 years of experience as Reliability Engineer

    Fluent English

    Lean6sigma (any level) certification - best have.

    Excellent team builder / team player

    Ability to work with all levels of the organization, influence leaders to change / adopt change, build trust and credibility quickly.

    Demonstrated positive energy to promote employee engagement and drive results.

    Demonstrated ability to lead implementation and contribute to the development of vision and strategy.

    Ability to lead and drive change : ability to create a compelling case for change.

    Preferred qualifications :

    Active listening and customer-oriented mindset

    Effective communication skills, including training / facilitation / presentation skills

    Analytical and problem solving (trouble shooting) skills - creative approach to problem solving and the ability to challenge the status quo.

    Strong Quality / Compliance / EHS and results oriented mindset

    Maintain a high level of integrity while balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities
