Job purpose

The integrated planner has the objective of facilitating ideation across integrated channels for one of our Global clinets’s advertising campaigns.

From strategy to creative development, we are looking for a Planner with multi-channel agency experience, big picture thinking, an eye for the detail and a passion for the creative product.

Duties and responsibilities :

Strategy

  • Lead and own the strategy and planning for assigned client platforms.
  • Work with Media to identify audience segments, passion points and interests for targeting purposes
  • Lead and conduct research to identify new opportunities for the client brand idea and campaign development.
  • Develop compelling and inspiring creative briefs.
  • Client & Account

  • Partner with account leads to manage key client leads on client Platforms.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations
  • Identify new opportunities for proactive briefs
  • Deliver value for the client & account, ensuring solutions are on brief, and also inspiring, innovative and effective.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, and become a go to source for digital expertise.
  • Team

  • Be a positive, supportive and collaborative team player.
  • Keep team updated with recent trends, and developments in comms and digital.
  • Identify skill gaps, and training opportunities.
  • Qualifications

  • Agency strategy experience for global brands
  • Through the line channel experience with strong digital & social competencies not just ATL
  • Ability to understand complex challenges, and distil them into concise and compelling propositions
  • Curious about human behaviour, brands, society and culture
  • Interest and ability to leverage data towards relevant and dynamic creative
  • Track record of steering creative output, hungry to develop bold work
  • Comms planning and messaging experience
  • Ability to work in autonomy and with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of the beer category a plus
  • Global advertising experience strongly preferred
