  • Supervision and approval of individual account plans. Approval of sales objectives and action plans of every account in the channel
  • Defining job content of Regional Key Account. Recruiting, selection, training and motivation of the team
  • Participation in the Marketing Plan of the brands of the Area
  • Development of commercial strategies between channels and budget allocation on conditions with customers
  • Distribution of the budget with Trade Marketing of promotional resources between customers and channels

  • Master's degree in Business or any other related field
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Strong previous experience in eCommerce management (Amazon and other e-retailer)
  • Previous experience in Sales (Account Manager, KAM or Trade Marketing) will be considered a preferred one
  • High influencing and partnering skills and hands-on approach
  • Strategic Management of Key Customers
  • Presentation and communication skills
