Job Description

Facilities Management :

  • Oversee office and maintenance budget and approves invoices.
  • Serve as primary liaison for outside vendors, including building management, for maintenance and real estate issues
  • Reviews vendor performance and costs; periodically re-evaluates vendor relationships
  • Manage and implements office policies and recommends changes
  • Serve on the Crisis Management Team for Business Continuity efforts
  • Office Management :

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of administrative staff across our Milan and Rome offices, provide training and development opportunities.
  • Responsibilities also include hiring, performance management and setting objectives and development goals on an annual basis.

  • Oversee the coordination of internal meetings and events, including off-sites, senior management meetings, and ad hoc events / meetings
  • Responsible for global workforce planning and process for management, including budgeting with respect to open positions and position number management
  • Implements and refines ECCA’s recruiting process, particularly D&I recruiting initiatives.
  • Manage participation in job fairs and ad hoc recruiting events
  • Lead liaison with Moody’s Analytics recruiters for all ECCA positions
  • Oversee the coordination of new hire orientations, complete I-9 forms for new hires, and ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Co-leads Employee Advisory Council, regularly presents proposals and recommendations to senior management around relevant employee concerns.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong commercial experience showing years of operations experience in a similar role
  • Demonstratable experience of management
  • Project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation budgets and developing processes
