Role Purpose :
Support Customer Site Fiber and Civil Planning tasks under the guidance of local manager
Key Accountabilities :
Understanding of customer’s requirement
Clear customer communication to sort out any doubt
Excellent teamwork
Skills to other functional areas within Colt Service Delivery
Work closely with own & other infrastructure team members across EU & India
Documents, records and updates details on Colt’s handling systems
Report to manager any critical issue to prevent escalation

Knowledge of COLT’s tools like Siebel, OHS, XNG, POM is a privilege

Technical knowledge on COLT’s network and architecture ( mainly MSP / MMSP and IQ) is a privilege
Customer and service oriented associated to ability manage technical information is a must

The required role is for a junior apprentice . Training oriented towards knowledge of civil installation infrastructures specifically to telecommunications Optical fiber based.
The role is requested at the Milan office and will include a coaching with senior staff already in office in the role to provide the initial foundations and the appropriate support for learning the initial tasks related to the activity, with preparatory training for operational needs
