He / She will spread the Lean &Digital culture throughout all Assembly COE’s production lines. He will drivesimplification, lead time reduction projects and will be responsible forroadmap definition and execution to achieve highest level of lean & digitalimplementation both in processes and production

Develop, within COE and Cell Ldrs,long term strategy on workshop management (shopfloor hiring, skill matrix plan,P&E) and coordinate actions identified to face plant workload

Support all Ops Ldrs maintaining consistentmanagement across the COE and achieving highest lean levels in the workshop,driving continuous improvement culture across all different lines and leadingimplementation of best practices

Facilitate all strategic initiativeslaunched by the business in the shop such as Brilliant Factory projectsimplementation

Drive lean manufacturing activitiesand ensure progress while tracking project status and closure of the Roadmap

She / He will define and periodicallycheck the main KPI for each different COE’s production line, driving measurableimprovements in manufacturing processes promoting / using digital tools andbrilliant factory system to keep under control workshop efficiency andperformances

Assist in continuous improvementplan execution by leading Action Work-Outs (AWO’s), suggesting specifictraining to develop our resources in the shop to close know-how gap or increaseflexibility, following the business needs and growth.

Remain current on Lean & Digitalmethodologies and train division on lean concepts and mentor people using lean& Digital tools

He / She will also support P&Eexecution coordinating activities and cost control

He / She will drive Communicationsabout Culture, Strategy and Performances inside the workshop

He / She will support Shop Tour andWorkshop Visit & Workout

Qualifications :

Engineering degree and Major Experience in Manufacturing

Six Sigma or Continuous Improvementtools experience and ERP experience

Ability to analyze problems,identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

Ability to work in a complex matrixorganization

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Lean Black Belt Certified
  • Operation Leader experience
