In order to enforce out HR Business Partner Team we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner .
Main Responsibilities :
Support the business managers to design strategies for people focused activities including workforce planning, organisational design, resourcing, talent management and leadership development;
Partner with business managers in promotion and job change decisions, ensuring that the organisational design is sustainable and develop strategies to manage and critical roles;
Be a trusted coach in the organisation to help leadership and management to learn, develop, grow and solve business problems;
Ensure that business leaders understand the drivers of employee engagement and the relationship between employee engagement and business performance;
Provide regular management information analysis and insight to drive business outcomes;
Support to implement an appropriate performance management process;
Act as an interface with other HR Expert Services colleagues to commission needs based solutions on behalf of the internal customers;
Desired Skills & Experience :
Maximum of 4-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in leading technological or services companies;
Will be considered mandatory in the role :
to be skilled in managing organizational design issues or organisational change projects, e.g. merge, acquisitions;
to be experienced of laws and staff administration practice such as ccnl, hiring contracts, payrolling, litigations, etc..
You need to have the ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities / tasks and to manage initiative involving many colleagues process-wise;
You also need the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented;.
We are looking for a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge colleagues at all levels of seniority from different functions in a constructive and effective manner;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external customers is mandatory;
You have to be familiar with working in a large organisation i.e. working cross-functionally / departmentally and fast changing environments;
We’re looking for a a high degree of work ethic and professionalism, leading by example;
Flexibility in travelling for work;
MSc in Economics or Laws ;
Italian and English proficient knowledge;
