The IT Manager is responsible for the analysis, definition, development and integration of all ICT processes and solutions in order to guarantee support to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the operational continuity of all ICT systems and the IT Service levels
  • Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software and network problems
  • Analyze the technical feasibility of ICT projects
  • Research, develop and implement solution for new technologies, infrastructures, software and systems and manage the current Studio network / firewalls / servers / softwares etc.
  • Maintain the quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Manage and, if needed, improve the current security and data systems
  • Implement the global IT policy in the Studio
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
  • Coordinate and supervise IT staff members
  • Guarantee the services levels to the internal stakeholder and internal departments (Production, HR, Finance, Service Line Audio, Service Line Localization, etc), support the delivery ensuring the infrastructure is up to date in relation to their needs
  • Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyze vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
  • Support the SL delivery, ensuring the infrastructure is up to date in relation to SL needs in terms of security and capacity
  • Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Computer Science
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in an IT Manager role in small-medium multinational companies
  • Microsoft Systems Administration / System Engineer certification will be an asset
  • Understanding of core internet technologies MS AD, DHCP, DNS, Stack TCP / IP, Virtualization Environments, Networking Security & Firewalls
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MS Windows Servers, Office365, VMware, and base knowledge of Linux systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
  • Experience with or knowledge of Hardware infrastructures (Servers, Networking, SAN&NAS, Fiber Channel, iSCSI, etc.)
  • Experience with Public cloud (Azure and AWS) is welcome
  • Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Experience with SLA & ITIL methodology
  • Developing Budgets
  • A very good knowledge of English is required
